Who’s telling on you?

This is the time employees can post almost whatever they like about you on the internet.   I’m sure the launch of this new website has a big “holy cow, Batman!” feel for companies:  http://www.telonu.com/.   What a great place for folks to share their layoff stories, hear about who is laying off and what (ex)employees think of their organizations.  There is even a rating system!

It wasn’t too long ago that Yahoo got the embarrassing post of the day award when their manager layoff materials were made available on the ‘net:  Yahoo’s secret layoff doublespeak revealed.  Mor-ti-fi-ca-tion.

So, how would you like to see your organization posted on the web, or even your handy “how to layoff your staff and sound like a robot” guide?  What are you going to do to prevent it?  Hold on, do you even know what Web 2.0 is yet?  No?  Well then, I’ve got a rotary phone I’d like to sell you.
